In my quest to lose some weight a few years back I discovered that I had love for food, but not just any food….I’m talking healthy food! I now strive to eat mostly whole foods in their natural forms. I say mostly because I truly believe in the “everything in moderation” rule. I also discovered a love of exercise. I use to think going for a 20 minute walk was a good enough reason to eat a full size chocolate bar! Silly me! Now I’m in the gym 4-5 days of the week and feel all the better for it! I'm also a Mom to 2 very busy kids. My daughter Sarah is 11 and loves her dance lessons. My son Noah is 8 and is passionate about hockey and soccer and plays both at a competitive level. This keeps my husband and I on our toes to say the least! Speaking of my husband, we've been married for 12 years now! What a ride. LOL
