I’m always struck by how creamy the almond butter makes the oats. Especially when it’s been a bit since I’ve used it.
It was pretty decent. I really like that there was loads of coconut jammed in it. I think it coulda done with a little more chocolate, though. It had a great texture, too which we all know is a must for me! All in all, I’d buy it if I could find it around here! (I got this one from Cassie)

From work I went straight down to the school for parent teacher interviews. Those are always fun. HA…I kid! Aside from DS being restless in a classroom all day, the kids are progressing just fine. ;) My hubby got dinner started while I was gone. We had chicken done on the GF grill, corn, cauliflower and I had quinoa, them a Sidekick noodle pack:
So, this is our first free Wednesday since the first week of January. Swimming lessons ended last week and don’t start up again until April 21. I am enjoying some quiet TV and computer time while the kids watch TV downstairs. After posting I’m gonna make myself a vanilla chai: What are you up to tonight?
