Foodless Post

Hi everybody! Today has been another whirlwind day. DD and I spent the majority of it in Toronto. She had a morning appointment downtown then we spent the afternoon shopping. I’ll recap the food portion of today in my next post because I’m pretty tired right now. I did, however, buy some non food goodies that I wanted to share with you tonight. First, here are some photos from the “big” city that DD took as I was driving: IMG_1297 IMG_1284 IMG_1292

Our main goal at the mall was to hit Lululemon because DD’s b-day is next month and she would like clothes from there. I wanted her to try a bunch of stuff on so I could be sure of the sizes I need to buy. I let her choose one birthday item today and she went with a really cool dress. Apparently it can be worn several ways, but these are the 2 they showed her in the store: IMG_1303 IMG_1302

I bought myself some shorts: IMG_1286

And a pair of clam diggers along with a tank: IMG_1287 IMG_1289

Believe me when I say that I could’ve bought A LOT more! HA!

There were a few packages waiting for me when I got home. The first was from Sara from Mastering Public Health. She treated me to some Clif and Luna bars, the much coveted Emerald cocoa roast almonds and some Love Street raw chocolate coconut spread! IMG_1300

Just awesome, no?!!! Next was a delivery from CSN stores! I was lucky enough to receive a Rachael Ray oval grill pan! IMG_1301

I kid you not when I say that this sent me flying around the house squealing like a school girl! LOVE IT!!! I washed it straight away so I could use it to cook the fam some homemade perogies that I bought at the local Polish store: IMG_1304

Best. Pan. Ever! Thank you CSN stores!!!!

So that’s it for tonight. I’ll be at the rink tomorrow from 9:30-11 and then we’ll be leaving at 1:30 for an out of town, 3pm game. Any big plans for the weekend???

Bye for now!!

  3. Is it extremely sad that I've never boughten anything from a lululemon store?!

I think I get as giddy about new kitchen stuff as I do new clothes. I'm just really turning into a food blogger :)
